Beat Summer Stress: From Overwhelmed to Relaxed

I'm a planner.   

My mom is a planner.  My grandmother was a planner.   So, it's innate to me.  And, I am a mom of 3 kids.

Naturally, when the summertime rolls around, I feel the need to "plan" out our fun as well as what I am going to accomplish. 

This year, I decided to challenge myself on the idea of needing to be productive this summer.  I can have a few projects that I want to focus on, but I don't need to accomplish 20 different things in 3 months.
